What’s up, friends? Camp NaNoWriMo has officially started and boy, is it a whirlwind of work. Instead of taking a more relaxing road by setting goal via time or pages, I’m going to try for the full 50K. And yes, I’m already questioning why I’m doing this to myself, but the challenge continues to lead me on.
Due to the scheduling of my blog, this short post will cover the first three hectic days. So yeah, not exactly a week like I said in the title (whoops).

All right! Due to Camp NaNo going on, I thought it might be fun to take you through my journey this July. This also allows me to focus more on my WIP as I travel, but don’t worry. I’ll still send out posts as regularly as I can.
THE REST OF MY CAMP NANO JOURNEY:
Day 1
WRITE WRITE WRITE WRITE WRITE! For me day 1 was all about getting a running start. I finished with 960 words, less than I’d hoped for, but well, I was exhausted from a long day. Maybe I’ll catch up later. HOPEFULLY I’ll catch up later, yes please and thank you.
Day 2
The goal for day 2: try to catch up! The problem: a way too busy day *quiet crying*
Also the too-ambitious me had apparently decided to request some e-ARCs and some of them were accepted so now your girl has to read three more books and return feedback before the deadline hits -_-
And what did I end up with today? About 1200 words.
Day 3
I had more time to write on day 3 because I was travelling on the road a bunch, for about an hour at a time. This way I was able to get in a total of 3012 words – still behind, but slowly catching up.
